Terms applying to requests, production and delivery of Bouncy Cactus content.

Provider and service
Bouncy Cactus is a service by MIKALINE S.R.L. that creates virtual staging content from photographs supplied by the customer. The result is an illustrative representation and does not guarantee measurements, materials, feasibility or correspondence with a real interior design project.
Order and price
The price shown before payment is calculated per room and includes the VAT displayed in the summary. A paid order is confirmed only after Stripe confirms payment. The free trial is limited to one room per customer and includes the Bouncy Cactus watermark.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use and submit the uploaded images and that they do not contain unlawful material or infringe third-party rights. Do not upload people, documents, number plates or other unnecessary personal data.
Timing and delivery
Delivery normally takes place through WhatsApp within the indicative times displayed on the website. Timing may vary for unsuitable images, unusual requests, technical issues or exceptional demand. One revision is included with paid content, within the scope of the original request.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
When you expressly request immediate performance, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may end after the service has been fully performed or in other cases provided by applicable law. If work has not started, contact us promptly to request cancellation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Using the result
After delivery, you may use the video in your listings and promotional channels. Unlawful or misleading use is prohibited, including presenting virtual furniture as existing where this could confuse viewers. We recommend clearly labelling the content as virtual staging.
