What we use
The website uses technical technologies required for operation, security, session management and abuse prevention. Meta measurement and advertising technologies remain disabled until you give separate advertising consent.
Technical providers
Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Hosting, payment and messaging providers may also process technical data when you use their functions. Stripe applies its own privacy policy while you pay on its website.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
After advertising consent, Meta Pixel may store first-party identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc and record page views, checkout starts and purchases. Checkout and purchase events may also be sent by the server through Conversions API using the same identifier so Meta can deduplicate them. Contact details used for server-side matching are normalised and SHA-256 hashed.
Choice and withdrawal
Your advertising choice is stored locally in your browser and can always be changed through “Privacy preferences”. Withdrawing it stops new browser events and removes Meta first-party cookies accessible to the website. Consent to commercial offers and news is separate and can be withdrawn by emailing info@bouncycactus.com.
Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent form submission, anti-spam verification, payment or access to restricted areas.
